The online document system worked pretty well and when it didn’t work well there was always someone to ask a question. They were always quick to answer questions and kept in the loop about what was going on with the loan. It felt like a very personal experience.
Rob and his team helped us tremendously during our loan process in a fast-moving, chaotic market. We felt supported during the house hunt with pre-approval letters ready for us within an hour of requesting them. Any emails we sent with questions were always responded to quickly and thoroughly. We also both really appreciated the text messages that let us know that an email had been sent to us.
